Our indoor venue option, The Rustic Lodge is great for your ceremony or reception. The lodge has rustic knotty pine walls and columns as well as large windows that flood the space with natural light. This neutral background gives you the opportunity to decorate the space for your unique theme and decor. There is ample space outside the Rustic Lodge for an outdoor ceremony or if you wanted to rent a tent. The downstairs kitchen offers counter space for storage as well as refrigeration. For an additional charge your caterer can reserve the entire kitchen complete with ovens, grill and a fryer. Couples seeking an indoor or indoor/outdoor celebration will love this venue.
During the summer and fall months we offer our pond setting that is ideal for picturesque ceremonies and receptions. Here you can exchange vows overlooking the serene pond. This venue is great for people looking for an outdoor gathering and has no shortage of beautiful photo opportunities. The venue features a 40’ x 35’ pavilion complete with a wood bar and 35’ x 32’ patio area. Add a tent and accommodate up to 150 guests. The pond is rented for the complete weekend so you have accessibility Friday-Sunday for set-up and breakdown.

Yes, some of our couples do a ceremony at the pond and their reception at our lodge. Or have their reception and ceremony at the pond and rent the lodge as a space to get ready in. There are many different options for ceremonies and receptions with the rental of both locations.
Yes, you have the flexibility to choose your own vendors. We also have a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venue and can provide excellent service.
We have a unique rental package that allows you ample time for set-up and to enjoy your big day. The rental package starts Friday morning at 9am before a Saturday wedding. You have until Sunday at 2pm to pack up and remove all your decor and personal items.
While we don’t provide catering services directly, we have a list of preferred caterers who are experienced in working at our venue. You are also welcome to bring your own caterer if preferred.
Our policy permits the serving of alcohol at events hosted on our premises; however, to ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain a safe environment, alcohol must be provided exclusively through a licensed caterer. The caterer must secure all necessary permits and licenses to serve alcohol legally.
The rental includes the location, pond or lodge or both if you choose. The day before your wedding, day of your wedding, and day after your wedding are included. Your rental would also include chairs and tables for 100 guests. Bob’s Trees does not offer day of coordinating, or set up/break down of your wedding if you’re looking for added services like this please talk to our coordinator.
